Scrub Those Dead Cells Away Today!
Body scrubs are probably the most refreshing things you could give to your skin. However, body scrubs at spas can be very expensive to do on a regular basis, which is why it is so popular to make your own personal scrub creams to use whenever you desire.
Sea Salt Scrub
Sea salt is such a great ingredient that can help exfoliate your body, eliminate dry skin, and at the same enhance your skin's complexion as well. All you need to create this scrub cream is 1/2 cup of organic aloe vera juice, 1 cup of sea salt, and 1/2 cup of baby oil.
To create this scrub, combine all of these ingredients together into a tiny bowl or container to stir everything together until it reaches a paste like substance. After making this scrub, let it sit in your container to for at least 24 hours, then stir the mixture once again for you to apply it on your body. Keep the scrub on your body for no more than 5 minutes, and it will exfoliate your body and eliminate your dry skin as well.
Citrus Scrub
Citrus scrubs are so refreshing on the body, as it helps to rejuvenate your skin and maintain its moisture as well. To create this scrub you will need 1 cup of rock salt, 1/2 a cup of raw sugar, 1/2 cup of coconut oil, 10 drops of orange juice, 10 drops of grapefruit oil, and 5 drops of lemon essential oil.To make this scrub, combine rock salt and the sugar in a jar, then heat the coconut oil on low-heat until it finally becomes liquid. Remove the coconut oil from the heat and add the rest of the ingredients in until you have made one single mixture. Once you have the paste, make sure to massage on all over your body before you take a bath, and then simply wash it off with lukewarm water.
Coffee Scrub

The ingredients you will need are 1/2 a cup of ground coffee, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of organic nut oil, and a few drops of mint oil. Mix all of these ingredients together into a jar and then massage it all over your body to scrub deep into your skin to rinse it off while you take a bath or shower.
Olive Sugar Scrub
Olive and sugar combined together can help to enhance the appearance of sagging on your skin and help to moisturize your skin as well. The ingredients you will need are 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 cup of any sugar of your choice, and 2 tablespoons of honey. After combining all the ingredients together apply and massage the mixture on your body then rinse it off after 10 minutes.All of the homemade recipes scrub creams above are easy to do, and are also very rejuvenating and refreshing to the skin, making them highly worth trying out at home.
